Double is our newest product that features two ice pans of 940 x 470 mm with a temperature of up to -25 ° C (ideal temperature for ice cream mixture is -18°C). It is the biggest ice pan machine in the world. The total size of the machine is 900 x 1250 x 500 mm (with plexiglass = height 1380mm). It has two separately controlled freezing panels. That means that you can set different temperatures on the left and on the right side of the quick-freezing surface. The total power input is 980W.
Just like there are chefs specializing only on teppanyaki grill in Japan, there are pastry chefs and confectioners who want prepare their creations on a large surface without limits. And that’s exactly what our Double ice cream machine offers. There is a separate cooling unit below each half of the quick-freezing surface. Therefore, the temperature of these units can be individually adjusted in case there are two people working on preparing different creations at the same time. Naturally, you can still set the same temperature for the whole surface of the ice pan. The size of the Plexiglas included in this variant is 1250 x 480 x 500 mm. The Plexiglas can be easily removed and transported separately.
