Moreover, it has a second self-operating cooling circuit for 12 chilled gastro containers while the total input stays at 840 W. Therefore, you can easily set a different temperature for the ice pan and a different temperature for the gastro containers (GN 1/6 100). The size of the quick-freezing surface is 470 x 470 mm.
There may be times when you feel super creative and you want to show off your skills. Dozen is an extended version of Sixpack. However, Dozen provides you with even more creative freedom by having 12 separately chilled gastro containers. This machine is primarily intended for gourmets who want to experiment with different flavors and provide customers with countless ice cream combinations made from fresh ingredients on a stable quick-freezing surface with a temperature of up to -25 ° C (ideal temperature for ice cream mixture is -18°C). Sturdy wheels with brakes enable easy transportation and stability during work. The size of the Plexiglas included in this variant is 900 x 1280 x 520 mm. The Plexiglas can be easily removed and transported separately.
